Introducing the upgraded version of the beloved Encore; the Baratza Encore ESP. Updates include optimized micro steps for espresso grinding while maintaining macro steps for filter brew methods (a.k.a manual and immersion). Also, the burrs have been redesigned for quick release so it's much easier to clean. A dosing cup tray is now included with every purchase for espresso grinds (or grinds on the go) while the graphics and outer shell got a slight aesthetic update.

The Baratza Encore ESP is a great entry-level grinder for all brew methods at an affordable price and made with conical burrs (as opposed to blades). This grinder is great because it's truly easy to use and adjusting the grinds for espresso to cold brew and everything in between is quick and straightforward to do - just turn the collar. It's lightweight so if you want to store it away between uses, that's easy to do but if you want to keep it on your counter it's just under 14" high so it fits under most cabinets. Plus, it has a matte finish so it doesn't pick up fingerprints. Honestly a great grinder for home users that are just starting out or anyone watching their budget. Truthfully an investment if you brew at home.
